
Burn Sports Periodized Strength and Conditioning programs are scientifically designed to improve your performance and prevent injury. Based on a comprehensive analysis of each athlete, our plans systematically progress athletes from where they stand right now to peak performance in any sport. From 24 hour circadian cycles to 12 month macrocycles, we address your strengths and weakness through an integrated approach. Sessions include self-myofascial release and foam rolling, warm up & preparation, flexibility (corrective and dynamic), movement skills, speed and conditioning, strength training, core conditioning, plyometrics & power training and cool down. Recovery, regeneration, technical and tactical work are scientifically programmed into your overall plan to prevent overtraining and achieve optimal results.
